If you haven’t yet ventured out to Gather this holiday season, we recommend making a trip. From Mulled Cider to seasonal small plates and pizzas, this Seaport District restaurant is serving up some of the best fare around this holiday season.

But if you want to order the “hottest” dish on the menu, you’ll have to ask Gather’s chef, Dennis Wilson. The chef tells BostInno that the dish to order right now is the Pig Cheek Bolognese.

“Love the fresh pasta, especially this time of year. Braised pork is always good …piping hot, good cheese, nice bread, cold day, perfect,” Chef Wilson notes.
