Summer just keeps chugging along, but luckily for us here in the city, there’s a new way to soak up the seasonal vibes every Sunday night. Because what says summer on the coast better than a lobster clambake with the works?

Tonight, Ward 8 launches their weekly summer dinner series: a recurring lobster clambake featuring corn, mussels, chorizo and, of course, lobsters and clams. The dinners, helmed by Ward 8’s Chef Kenny Schweizer, will be served in and individual format, rather than a family style clambake. Ward 8 also serves up craft cocktails in its lounge, a new North End destination, specializing in agave and cachaca-centered cocktails like the Bee Sting, made with Milagro, lemon, honey and jalapeno; and the Espinosa, made with strawberry-infused cachaca, St. Germain, citrus and egg white.

The weekly clambakes begin each Sunday night at 5 p.m. and will last through the summer and into September. The dinners cost $35 per person, and while reservations are not required, they are recommended.
