The extensive brunch buffet offers a chef’s carving station, an omelet station, lunch specialties and a variety of decadent desserts – including a build-your-own sundae bar. Yes, please! The buffet also includes a rotation of Chef Booras’ signature brunch bites like Havarti Strata with potato, kielbasa, and caramelized onion; Soft Poached Egg served on a fried chicken crouton topped with buffalo hollandaise; Peanut Butter & Jelly Stuffed French Toast; Deep Fried Turkey with cranberry jalapeno relish and more.
