The second week of the prestigious Wimbledon tennis tournament is underway kicking off round 4 and day 7 of the annual event. A number of international superstars have made headlines for failing to advance beyond the early rounds, most notably Maria Sharapova, reigning Wimbledon champ Roger Federer, and French Open victor Rafael Nadal. Number 1 seeds Novak Djokovic and reigning Wimbledon champ Serena Williams are still alive, as is number 2 seed Andy Murray. Check out our Wimbledon 2013 live stream below.

Serena Williams hits the court first at 8am ET this morning, facing off against German player Sabine Lisicki. Williams will look to continue playing at her usual high-octane level while Lisicki will look to continue on the success of her only Wimbledon appearance back in 2011 when she made it to the semifinal round before being eliminated by Sharapova in straight sets. She has Grad Slam appearances for each major under her belt, as well as a showing at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, though has yet to breach the fourth round of any.

Andy Murray will take the court ahead of Djokovic against no. 20 ranked Mikhail Youzhny of Russia. In Youzhny’s sole Wimbledon competition last year, he reached the quarterfinals–as well as the French Open back in 2010, and the Australian Open in 2008–before losing to all-time great Roger Federer.

Novak Djokovic is up against no. 13 seeded Tommy Haas of Germany in what could be another upset match for a top seeded player. Haas took a silver medal at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney Australia, though doesn’t have the luxury of boasting any major Grand Slam tournament titles. He did, however, reach the semifinals of his sole Wimbledon attempt in 2009 along with his 1999, 2002, and 2007 Australian Opens. Haas has a penchant for beating Djokovic, and vice versa, as the two seemingly go back and forth in who gets the better of whom. They’ll be squaring off at 1pm ET this afternoon so be sure to tune in to what could be an instant classic.
