It’s back!

Boston Beer enthusiasts are rejoicing as Yuengling Beer gears up for its return to Massachusetts. Over the course of the next few weeks, Yuengling plans to have a series of small launches throughout the state.

But tonight, the Craft Brewers Guild will be kicking off its initial launch party with “The Last Prohibition Bash,” where brews and entertainment will be hopping. The bash takes place at the Seaport World Trade Center and promises retailers a taste of the beer’s return.

The Pennsylvania brew, and America’s oldest brewery, stopped selling its beer in Massachusetts back in 1993, but after testing the market, they’ll be shipping back up to Boston very soon.

On February 6, the Craft Brewer’s Guild Facebook uploaded this picture (below) of Yuengling’s “touch down” in Massachusetts.

And according to an official source, all on premise, draft Yuengling beer will be available on Monday, February 24, followed by a shipment to off-premise retail locations on March 3. The sources tells us that this includes Yuengling Lager, Light Lager, and Black & Tan.

One thing’s for sure – after tonight’s initial launch party full of fanfare and pours, we’re excited to see the brew hit shelves in only a matter of weeks!
