Sales & Marketing Intern Description:

Coordinate and maintain mailing lists for potential mailing opportunities

Accomplish organizational goals by accepting new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to DAS

Assist both Sales & Marketing departments
Account Manager Description:
- Become familiar with the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
- Handle a wide variety of complex orders and requests
- Maintain positive attitude while possessing strong customer service skills
- Maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clients via telephone/email
- Use extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Increase business among existing clients and promotes the organization to new clients in order
to meet strategic business objectives - Ensure that goods or services consistently meet client needs
- Efficiency with QuickBooks and internal ordering processes
- Provide sales quotations and invoices to clients
- Relieve specific sales representatives of administrative functions in order to increase company
efficiency - Possess conflict/resolution skills to maintain client communications.
- Target potential advertising clients/ develop relationships to acquire new advertising accounts
- Career Motivated. Possibility of career opportunity based on internship performance.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience through previous employment or course of study
- Basic marketing principles and practices
- Prior knowledge of sales and customer service
- Time management
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
- Self-motivation
- Business students preferred, sales, marketing, accounting background a plus
