Golfswell is an innovative technology startup working out of 1776 tackling the biggest problem facing the game of golf: the amount of time it takes to play.  They are testing a new product in Aug-Sept and are looking for an intern to oversee efforts at a local golf course and lead marketing/media outreach for our upcoming launch.  Candidate will be working in exciting, fast-paced, and fun environment — both at 1776 headquarters and at local courses.  Candidate will take on important responsibilities and be given the opportunity to be creative. 

Responsibilities:

-Talk with customers, solicit user feedback and oversee data gathering efforts at a local golf course on busy weekend days.  
 -Take lead on producing short topical videos for distribution to media and industry outlets. 
 -Develop marketing materials, and media lists.  

Requirements:

-Looking for bright, passionate, hard working students who can take initiative and get things done.  
 -Detail-oriented, strong writing and organizational skills a plus.  
 -Someone who can commit to working on the weekend, like that song from the 80’s. 

This position is unpaid but all travel expenses will be provided.
