About IllustriaDesigns.com: 

Illustria is a rapidly growing startup that is pioneering a subscription model for graphic design. We’re disrupting the traditional agency model and bringing businesses the convenience of in-house design but without the cost. They’re based in the Washington, DC area. In the last six months, they’ve taken Illustria from an idea into a company with clients as varied as World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) to The Madeira School. When they’re not at work, they’re hanging out, making art, and creating cool things.

Building something great is never easy. Join the Illustria team as a business development intern at this exciting time as we build out our mission and evangelize our service to potential clients. You’re passionate, curious, and unafraid to dive right in to learn about what it means to build a startup into a business, whether by prospecting new clients or growing existing client success. You are never satisfied with “just good enough.” If you’re a hustler who wants to be challenged while having a ton of fun and growing with the company, then we’re interested in talking to you. 

Responsibilities: 
 – Research and identify business opportunities, and create databases of potential clients
 – Build relationships and networks with businesses and organizations from a variety of industries, and participate in all aspects of deal execution
 – Coordinate with existing clients to ensure client success, improve our service, and extend our relationship with the client
 – Participate in all aspects of decision-making and operations in a fast paced startup environment
 – Receive practical, hands-on training in management, sales, marketing, research, operations, and client success
