Started by Jamie Grigg, EBDC serves as a resource and a filter for young renters looking to find appealing and affordable rental properties in DC’s most established neighborhoods- without having to refresh Craigslist fifty times per day. Over the past two years Jamie has studied the DC rental market, identified great neighborhoods for young renters and learned how to spot a deal. EBDC’s belief is that no matter your budget, you shouldn’t compromise on experiencing the best that DC has to offer.
