Tucked behind DuPont Circle on 17th street is one of the true hidden gems in DC dining. Still family owned, Floriana has been a neighborhood staple for locals and the lucky visitor with the ‘inside scoop’ for nearly fifty years.

The seasonal menu features only locally sourced meats and produce, perfectly complimenting the classic Italian dishes. In true family style fashion, Floriana’s menu is designed for sharing. Consider appetizers and entrees for the table; and of course, there is nothing wrong with some leftovers for later!

The cozy dining destination offer patio seating when the weather permits; and the dining room is comfortable for groups large and small. If you’re heading there on a Friday or Saturday night, you should make a reservation.

While Floriana isn’t the cheapest restaurant in the area, you can swing by on Wednesdays and Sundays for half priced bottles of wine and some upscale drinking. Additionally, members are able to take advantage 20% off of the final bill with a SIN Deals Band on any food purchased. Enjoy!
