Universal and Legendary Pictures are giving viewers another little taste of the upcoming Steve Jobs movie, releasing an extended trailer today.

The film has had a tumultuous journey, with changes in directors, studios and stars, but it seems that everything may be coming together in time for the October 9, 2015 release date. Danny Boyle, winner of the Academy Award for Slumdog Millionaire in 2008 will be directing, and X-Men and Inglorious Basterds star Michael Fassbender will play Jobs.

Other celebrated actors on the project include Seth Rogan, who’s playing Steve Wozniak, Kate Winslet and Jeff Daniels.

The film’s writer, Aaron Sorkin, best known for his work on the Social Network, the West Wing and the Newsroom (where he also teamed up with Daniels, winning multiple Emmys) has said that the film will comprise of three long scenes, following the press events for three huge Apple products: the Macintosh, NeXT and the iMac.
