THE YOGA

Each one hour class will feature Vinyasa yoga, which means “breath-synchronized movement.” Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

THE BRUNCH

Twist restaurant features traditional breakfast and brunch foods on any given sunday for their bottomless brunch. This week they are adding select healthy and veggie options to cater to those participating in the yoga event. There is a patio area and inside dining section available for patrons. Come one, come all, and enjoy some healthy fun.
